|A Prayer Diary||
Jesus, you were once a refugee. You knew what it was like to wander the streets and countryside without any shelter.
God, your kindness has brought the gift of a new day.
Help me to leave yesterday,
and not to covet tomorrow,
but to accept the uniqueness of today.
Neil Paynter, ed. This is the Day
